Kallonen Maple Farm

Kallonen Maple Farm is a family run sugar bush located in Cambridge, Ontario.
You can see the production process only in March. In spring time farms produce maple syrup and we missed the opportunity, but we got pure maple syrup from the friendly owners for a very reasonable price.
The Kallonen family began maple syrup production in 2011 with 25 buckets. Today, the operation has grown to 1,200 taps on vacuum tubing systems.
